The Missing Secret: How to Use the Law of Attraction to Easily Attract What You Want...Every Time [ABRIDGED] [AUDIOBOOK]The phenomenal popularity of The Secret has put widespread attention on the age-old universal force known as the Law of Attraction. As one of the stars of The Secret, few people are more familiar with the true impact of this phenomenon than bestselling author Joe Vitale. According to Joe, it's one thing to know what the Law of Attraction is, but you must understand the "Missing Secret" if you want to put the power of this incredible force to work for you. He reveals the easily remedied reasons why the Law of Attraction doesn't always work the way it is "supposed to" - why bad things happen to good people - and why you sometimes seem to attract the exact opposite of what you consciously want.

The Secret Sharer (Webster's Thesaurus Edition) by Joseph Conrad (Jozef Konrad Korzeniowski)The Secret Sharer" is a short story by Joseph Conrad written in 1909, first published in Harper's Magazine in 1910, and as a book in the short-story collection Twixt Land and Sea (1912). It contains a theme typical for Conrad; he is a solitary character challenged from external and internal agents.
The story takes place at sea, near the Gulf of Siam, and is told from the perspective of a young nameless Captain. The captain is unfamiliar with both his ship and his crew, having only joined their company a fortnight earlier. The Captain is furthermore unsure of himself, questioning his ability to fulfill the role of such an authoritative figure. These themes are explored through symbols throughout the novella.
The story was filmed as a segment of the 1952 film Face to Face.

There are many editions of The Secret Sharer. This educational edition was created for self-improvement or in preparation for advanced examinations. The bottom of each page is annotated with a mini-thesaurus of uncommon words highlighted in the text, including synonyms and antonyms. Designed for school districts, educators, and students seeking to maximize performance on standardized tests, Webster’s paperbacks take advantage of the fact that classics are frequently assigned readings. A running thesaurus at the bottom of each page is useful to students who are actively building their vocabularies in anticipation of taking PSAT®, SAT®, AP® (Advanced Placement®), GRE®, LSAT®, GMAT® or similar examinations.

What Rich People Know & Desperately Want to Keep Secret
The cat is out of the bag! The "average" millionaire is not so different than the average anyone else
. Thomas Stanley and William Danko told us so in The Millionaire Next Door (1996), and since then there have been a host of spin-offs and imitators telling us essentially the same thing. Most of the wealthy live simply, invest carefully, and buy sensibly. One significant distinction is that most millionaires are also successful in starting their own businesses and sticking with them. It seems that this is the case in Australia, too. Sher himself made his money by starting a publishing enterprise that specializes in putting out summaries of management books for businesspersons who do not have much time to read. Although American authors have focused on the simple lifestyles and investing habits of the well-to-do, Sher emphasizes their entrepreneurial skills. His guide is as much of a small-business manual as it is a how-to-get-rich one. Emphasizing the advantages of being one's own boss, Sher covers motivation, marketing, managing people, interpersonal skills, and business systems and procedures.
