Very Best Friends (Pooh)

It's Valentine's Day in the Hundred-Acre Wood and Pooh and friends come upon Christopher Robin, busily writing a card to someone whose name begins with W - I - N . . . Everyone assumes that the card is for Pooh, until the boy reads out the name Winifred. Christopher Robin has a new friend, a girl name Winifred. Pooh and the others now sadly assume that because the boy has a new friend he no longer needs them. Owl explains that it's just a case of lovesickness, that the boy has been bitten by a love bug. So the gang hatches a plan to capture a love bug that will unbite CR. After some humorous escapades and a nighttime adventure in the forest all is set to rights in the end when Christopher Robin assures Pooh that even if he cares a bit for someone else, it doesn't mean he cares any less for his beloved Pooh. This is classic Pooh with its delicious humor and its theme of love and enduring friendship.
